Convention 4.04 - Measurement Accuracy (for Distance, Area and Volume)

Calculated values entered into the software for the purpose of an EPC calculation must be provided withsupporting calculations presented for audit.The minimum level of accuracy for calculated values entered into the software for the purpose of an EPCcalculation is 2 decimal places i.e. 2 places after the decimal point for any given value.All measurements entered into the software must be recorded to at least 2 decimal places on site notes.Where the required level of measurement accuracy is not possible the reason must be recorded.
